Dear Member Organisation,

NCF hereby invites you to our annual Top Meeting in Finland in September! Reserve the date - more info will follow. The programme will begin during the afternoon on Friday and therefore the morning is reserved for traveling!

Registration

The online registration form for the Top Meeting must be filled by the participants before the 1st of September.

All information in the form must be filled out. NCF will book the tickets to Finland. The cheapest possible travel option will be selected, and delegates must expect to spend Friday morning and Sunday evening travelling. Ask your general secretary on how to register - they are in charge of the process.

Participation fee

This time the participation fee is 180 €/participant.
If a participant is nominated to take part in the Top Meeting this is a commitment to participate and the participation fee will be charged even if the participant doesn’t attend the meeting (unforeseen circumstances can of course be discussed).

Resolutions

We want every participating member organisation to submit resolutions. Submit resolutions by sending them to ncf.secretarygeneral@gmail.com

The deadline for submitting resolutions is 5th of September 2015. Resolutions must be written in English.
